Curriculum Developers:

Barb Duda
Barb Duda received her BS in El Ed from the U of Dayton and her MS in El Ed Math from the U of Akron. She has 30 years of full-time and 9 years of part-time teaching experience. For the past six years, she has served as a math consultant, workshop presenter, math coach and Praxis III assessor. She received three teaching awards from the Diocese of Cleveland and one from the OCTM. She was awarded two grants: one for a nursing home project and one for a school-wide math project. She presently serves as a substitute teacher in two NE Ohio school systems.

Joseph Taylor
M.A., Education, Baldwin-Wallace College. BSE, Kent State University. With sixteen years of teaching experience in mathematics, from algebra I through calculus, Mr. Taylor has participated in curriculum development teams in the public schools of Parma, OH, and has also served in the crucial area of mathematics remediation and in teaching students in English as a second language programs. He helped develop Parma’s award-winning GED program.

Deborah A. Yuille
B. A. English, Hampton University, Hampton Virginia. Also received Certificate of Foreign Studies from Universite’ de Poitiers, Tours France. Professional career has been devoted to educational Publishing and was crafted at some of the largest and most prestigious publishing companies including: Pearson Learning, Houghton Mifflin and International Thomson. Deborah has more than 20 years experience working with educational professionals in both the K-12 and College Markets to insure they make the best selection of either software or textbooks to meet the academic needs of their students. Consultative selling and strategic relationship building are the cornerstone of a career which has been acknowledged with numerous awards for achievements in both sales and management. The focus has always been on enriching the learning experience of “all” students by providing solutions that fit the expressed needs of their educators.

Education Consultants:

Carolyn Anderson, PhD.
Carolyn M. Anderson, Ph.D., has a history of administrative roles in a variety of top organizations. As a Professor, she teaches at the University of Akron, specializing in small groups, leadership and health communication in organizational settings. Her company, CMA Communication Consultants, provides coaching, communication training, public speaking, and research-based grants for organizational and educational growth.

John W. Hurlimann, PhD.
Dr. Hurlimann has served as a high-school teacher and principal, and was Superintendent of Schools in the Riverdale, ND district. He has also served as a grants officer, and is currently President of the American Academy of Distance Learning, as well as an educational and government relations consultant to school districts and private corporations, including Alpha Omega and Nextel.

Information Technology:

Matthew G. Klenovic
Mr. Klenovic has a Bachelor’s Degree from George Washington University. He has eight years experience in installing, configuring and supporting Windows based TCP/IP network with extensive experience in supporting server and desktop computer software installations and hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting. His experience includes network administration in the bioscience technology areas as well as education organizations and the FTC, U.S. government. He is also A+ certified.

Project Manager and Trainer:

Matthew E. Klenovic
Mr. Klenovic has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Accounting from Ohio University. He also has an MBA from Ohio University and an MS from California American University, where he also worked on his doctorate. He has taught college mathematics, accounting, management and computer science. In addition, after he passed the C.P.A. exam, he taught CPA preparatory courses for Ernst & Young. He developed a highly successful GED math program and science studies curriculum. Mr. Klenovic was the curriculum developer, lead software engineer and project manager on the interactive mathematics education software programs the Math Wizard , an intervention program with emphasis on the Ohio Graduation Test, and Medical Math. He resigned his position as a college instructor of mathematics and computer science in late 2006 in order to devote his full energy to the development of Alpha Omega. Education and Training Systems, Ltd. Mr. Klenovic is the founder and C.E.O. of the Company.

Research:

Jeni Delfs
Ms. Delfs has a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Kent State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Iowa State University. She has been working in libraries and doing research for 16 years, and continues to do so.

Marketing and Development:

David Paisley
Mr. Paisley, Marketing and Development Associate, has an A.B. degree in English from Washington University, St. Louis, and a Master of Nonprofit Organizations degree from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland. He worked for over fifteen years as a program director at several public radio stations, and is an experienced announcer. He is also an experienced writer, designer, and content editor of both written and spoken material, currently teaching courses in communication at the University of Akron.

Software Engineers

Lesley E. Ott
Les has a BSME from the University of Minnesota and a MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. He has over eight years experience teaching Mathematics, Computer Technologies and Programming. He has taught several classes in Visual Basics, Visual Java and C++. He has taught classes at Ohio Business College, University of Akron, Remington College, Lorain County Community College and Bryant & Stratton. He also has several years experience as a Project Manager and in Engineering Management.

Kevin Bayko
Mr. Bayko has an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Remington College. He has several years experience as a software developer. Mr. Bayko is the Company’s lead Windows Conversion Software Engineer, to Apple Mac O/S conversion for all interactive education software programs.

David L. Moss, Sr.
Mr. Moss has developed software since 1991. His accomplishments include, but are not limited to, the following: creating the first digitized test using technology known as digiscore in 1995; creating the company’s first software package to measure etching for a crystal in 1997; developing a Bill of Materials recursive algorithm for more than 25 items in 2000; nominated for Software of the Year Award in 2004 by NASA; developing a mobile application to support 50 simultaneous connections in 2006. The following companies utilized my expertise, NASA, Parker-Hannifin, American Greetings, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, Cleveland Black Pages, and a host of others.

Mr. and Mrs. Dorantes are graduates of the University of Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico. They are accomplished architects here in northeast Ohio and have specialization in school design and architecture. In addition, Ms. Dorantes is an experienced Spanish Teacher and has extensive experience in Spanish Translation for a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Trainers:

Dick Turek
Mr. Turek is an experienced and accomplished middle school teacher, and he has several years experience utilizing the Math Wizard interactive math education software program at St. Raphael School.
