I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for developing the Math Wizard software. The Math Wizard software developed by your company successfully assisted me in completing math and statistics courses as I worked to achieve my Associates, Bachelors, and Maters Degrees.

Math has never been my strong point, but thanks to the Math Wizard software, I was able to not only successfully complete math and statistics courses on both the undergraduate and graduate levels, I was also able to understand the information that my professors were conveying to me. I used Math Wizard to supplement the curriculum that I was given in college. The tutorials throughout the software were able to create re-enforcement of the materials that I had been given by my professor and the computer-generated exercise problems also helped me to retain the materials. I was able to learn so much in such a short time and it proved to be invaluable as I advanced through my educational career. As an educator myself, I would love to see this software used in classrooms throughout the United States.

Thank you again for taking the time to develop the Math Wizard curriculum. I look forward to using this software as I begin to work toward earning my Doctoral Degree. This is an excellent supplement to any math, statistics, and business curriculum and would be an asset to any student studying in these areas. I wish your company much success and you grow in new markets. I used the Math Wizard version 1 Platinum Edition for the College Mathematics II course that I was enrolled in my fourth quarter at Remington College. It was helpful for calculating problems quickly, that I would have usually completed on paper.

The review sections were valuable for review, as my recollection of using college mathematics had faded from my memory. It has been more than ten years since I have had the need to use most of the calculations that were covered in the course this quarter. Having access to the review sections for a few minutes, enabled me to recall enough of the rules of mathematics so that I was able to correctly solve the problems and arrive at the correct solution.

The students and teachers at all grade levels at St. Raphael School found your Math Wizard software to be a useful learning resource both in our math labs and at home for those who purchased the software for home tutoring and remedial purposes.

The simulated Ohio Graduation Math Tests (OGT) on Math Wizard were particularly useful in preparing for the simulated OGT test that we administered at St. Raphael on April 23. The average test grade of our 8th grade students who took the test exceeded the state passing grade by 35.3. percentage points and the average of our 7th grade students who took the test exceeded the state passing grade by 11.2 percentage points. I had always had problems with math throughout my school years, some formulas I just could not remember—some I just never grasped. And since the teachers where always on a tight schedule, we would move through things rather quickly and I missed out a lot.

My son was having similar problems in school, but for him I feel it may have been more difficult, due to a larger student/teacher ratio, and apathy he just could not understand it. I could not be much help at the time myself, and it was very frustrating.

That was when I decided that I would take things into my own hands and began home-schooling, determined to give him every learning opportunity available. I began to research learning methods, tutorials, any thing to help my son. As I looked through it, I saw immediately that [The Math Wizard] was just the tool I needed. The State Proficiency Test was coming, and my son had to pass it this time.

And he did! He walked out of the room after taking the test—SMILING. The preliminary scores came in and his point average is up about 80 points!! For him that meant that he is a good at math as anyone else. His confidence has soared, and he definitely has a more positive outlook. Music to this Mom’s ears.

The software makes introducing different formulas painless for me, and I really do not know what I would do without it.

I have used Math Wizard for 2 classes now and it is a wonderful tool. It helps to identify and solve the process of math problems. I'm not very good at math but the Math Wizard helps me to complete and understand assignments and problems.
